RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return purchased items within 15 working days from the date on which you received them. Please try the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.

How do I return my articles?

You can return an item up to fifteen (15) days from the date you receive the products by sending an explicit declaration of your decision via email to help@choupette-kids.com. We will confirm receipt of your request by email, along with your return number.

The products to be returned must be picked up by the courier within fifteen (15) working days of the date when you informed us of your decision to return them. The products can be returned by sending the parcel only after you have received the return number.

You can choose the courier you want to entrust your return shipment to.

Please note that the return shipping costs will be borne exclusively by the customer.

It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.

According to customs regulations, sending goods or documents outside the EU is subject to declaration. This means that goods must be accompanied by a proforma invoice for return. The invoice must be properly filled out and attached to the outside of the box (never put it inside the box). We kindly invite you also to communicate the return tracking number by sending an email to our Customer Care – help@choupette-kids.com.

Terms and conditions of return

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  1. The explicit declaration of your decision to return a product must be correctly sent to us within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving the product.
  2. The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
  3. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. All products sold by Choupette include an identification tag with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item. Please try the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
  4. The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories sent together with the item (e.g. plastic or dust bags).
  5. Returned products must be sent from the country that you submitted the order from.
  6. The returned items must be picked up by the courier within fifteen (15) days from the date when you sent the return request to help@choupette-kids.com.

If you have met all the conditions requested, we will refund you the price of the products purchased. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you. If you refuse this delivery, Choupette reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

REFUND

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary verifications. If the outcome is positive, we will send you an e-mail confirming the return and the disposition of the refund.

Whatever the form of payment you used, the refund procedure will start as soon as possible. The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the goods on the same payment method used to place the order.

Please note that the processing time required to receive your refund depends on the internal procedures of your Credit Institution.
