SHIPPING

The products are shipped by courier selected by Choupette, for which a shipment tracking service is available.

Any shipping costs are indicated at check out, when the order is finalised. Orders are processed by our logistics in 3-5 working days from the date of their receipt in our system.

We suggest that you always choose an address where someone can make the pick-up. If you prefer to receive your order in an office or at a concierge desk, please also indicate the name of the contact person.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect the goods or will try to make 2 new delivery attempts.

We always advise you to monitor the status of your shipment with the tracking code that you will receive by email when the package is dispatched; you can check the status of your order at any time.

Remember that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

What to do if your parcel is damaged or items are missing

We want you to receive an undamaged parcel with all the items purchased. If this is not the case, please help us by sending photos of the damaged parcel to our Customer Care: [email protected]

In case of missing items, please write to our Customer Care: [email protected] briefly specifying exactly which items are affected. Please help us by sending photos of the parcel to our Customer Care.

What to do if you did not receive the parcel

Our couriers do their best to make sure you receive your order in time and more importantly, intact. Despite the attention, however, we cannot exclude the possibility of exceptions. If the tracking number information highlights a problem with the delivery of your package related to the shipping address, you can directly contact the courier for further information. In case that the courier needs our intervention as sender, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Care within and not later than 14 days from the shipping of the package.

Credit card payments

You can choose to pay with a debit or a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express.

We kindly remind you that credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by us and by your bank institute. When you place an order using a credit card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity using 3D Secure authentication. 3D Secure authentication reduces the number of fraudulent online activities including identity theft and unauthorised use of cards. It protects cardholder data and reduces fraud attempts.There are many ways to authenticate online payments and you may be asked to confirm your identity by SMS, email or Touch ID. We recommend that you contact your bank to ensure that they have your correct contact details in case you are asked to use SMS or email for 3D Secure authentication

PayPal payments

Paypal is a completely secure online payment method that allows you to pay for your order by accessing your account directly. Your account data and credit card data linked to your account are managed directly by Paypal, which will send you a notification by email after the payment has been made

If you pay with a credit card, your financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or the expiry date) will be sent to an external payment service provider (PSP) who guarantees the security of the transaction. Your financial information will never be used by Choupette except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns. The price for the purchase of products and the costs for shipping and delivery, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account only when the purchased products are actually shipped.
