The top layer is made of transparent mesh with a large polka dot pattern, the bottom layer is made of dense cotton fabric.
The bodice is cut off under the breast, the sleeve is long, double seam. The neck is decorated with a ruffle in the form of a stand-up collar.
The skirt is flared, wide flounce at the bottom, which forms soft counter folds.
